Reports to: VP, Security & Technology Tarabut operates a modern, cloud-first architecture and technology stack in Saudi Arabia. The team's mission is to implement and support a repeatable and consistent technology service across to give all Tarabut team members the same great experience. You will be a key member of the TechOps Team responsible for the daily support of our internal tech and will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams on project initiatives and supporting Tarabut's various technologies and activities in alignment with industry best practice and the highest service standards. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the go-to support person in Saudi Arabia, supporting the users at Saudi Arabia office and remotely across the group.
  • Maintain and improve the office technology services in Saudi Arabia.
  • Manage support tickets through the service desk ensuring attention to detail in communication and resolution.
  • Work on different projects to source, implement, maintain, administer, and support new tools and improved procedures.
  • Work with our strategic support partners in provisioning and configuring new laptops, mobile phones, networks, and software.
  • Manage the laptop fleet through the lifecycle via cloud management and security platforms.
  • Implement effective technical controls pursuant to information security policy.
  • Manage and maintain hardware and software asset inventories.
  • Author guides, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in 1st and 2nd line support roles in a macOS and Windows environment, predominantly cloud-based.
  • Previous experience working on technology projects, working under own-steam and initiative.
  • Excellent knowledge of macOS and Windows.
  • Hands-on knowledge of configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 products and services.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence.
  • Experience onboarding and offboarding staff, giving IT inductions, and general first day technology guidance.
  • Experience with IAM, endpoint provisioning and management tools such as JumpCloud, NinjaRMM, Munki.
  • Experience using SSO capabilities, MDM, zero-trust security controls, conditional access, etc.
  • Experience onboarding/offboarding starters and leavers, provision applications, purchasing and implementing automation.
  • Experience working within a financial regulated environment.
  • Experience working in a certified security environment such as ISO 27001.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Polite, confident, and effective communicator.
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to tailor communications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong technical background.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Completed technology-related university degree (e.g. BSc / BEng) (a plus).
  • Industry certifications such as MSCE, AWS, Security+, CompTIA+ (a plus).
  • Experience working in a cloud hosting environment such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI (a plus).
  • Experience in Open Banking, Financial Services, Banking, FinTech (a plus).
