***Clarification on SMP Contract: It is a Supplementary Manpower service contract job in which prospective applicants are interviewed and salary determined by NEOM interview panel; and being employed under the payroll of SMP Contract (SMP Vendor). Successfully mobilized candidates would be under the visa sponsorship of SMP Vendor Company/Contract. ROLE OVERVIEW The Supply Chain Associate for Corporate Office Services management is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain for office furniture, key control, and stationery. This includes coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, managing storage and inventory levels, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. The Supply Chain Associate will also work closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and warehouse, to streamline the supply chain process and optimize efficiency and communication. The Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements. Ultimately, the role is to ensure that the supply chain for office furniture, key control, and stationery is efficient, cost-effective, and meets the needs of the organization. REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY The Supply Chain Associate SMP responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies and guidelines for office furniture management to align with business objectives.
  2. Lead the procurement process for office furniture, including sourcing new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasting to ensure optimal inventory management and product availability.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations, sales, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and coordination across the supply chain.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations within the supply chain.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis of key supply chain metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  7. Resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely manner to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements for office furniture management and office space management keys.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  11. Responsible for the FFE's (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term strategies for the procurement process.
  12. Responsible for the development, performance, and maintenance of Office Services FFE's transportation to produce an efficient transport service and maximize performance.
  13. Strategically manage warehouse, stores, and inventory in compliance with company policies and vision to ensure access, safe people flow, and movement and internal operating procedures.
  14. Manage and support all business-related functions and venues in terms of Supply Chain for the Assets (FFE's).
  15. Responsible and accountable for the office services Supply Chain & logistics operations to ensure they run smoothly.
  16. Manage all office service FFE's Supply Chain including installation, movement, repair, storage, and inventory.
  17. Regularly update the inventory, maintain status information on the condition of each asset, and develop categories and repair plans as needed to prolong the life of the assets.
  18. Manage and analyze data through the Supply Chain processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
  19. Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the Supply Chain (e.g., use of trucks, forklifts, etc).
  20. Responsible for all office services stationery, ordering, catalogues, distribution, and inventory.
  21. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business Supply Chain growth.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  1. Should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of supply chain management practices and principles.
  3. Skills in inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
  4. Experience in multi-tasking, leading teams, and managing projects within FF&E supply chain.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  7. Proficiency in software systems such as MS Office, SAP, ERP, and inventory management tools.
  8. Exceptional communication skills.
  9. Highly customer-focused.
