Role Overview : This is a hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative at UnifyApps. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, outbound pipeline generation, communication, sales, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities:

  1. Drive inside sales efforts and develop effective sales strategies to meet company targets and grow market presence.
  2. Generate and qualify strategic leads through various channels while building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  3. Organize and execute field marketing events, including trade shows and customer workshops to enhance brand visibility.
  4. Manage and nurture inbound leads through effective follow-up strategies and conversion optimization.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent command over multiple communication channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, with proven ability to engage effectively with prospects.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales role with demonstrated success in meeting targets.
  3. Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with the ability to travel within the region as needed.
  4. Proven track record in Middle East and Africa business development with understanding of regional market dynamics.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Previous experience in the software/SaaS industry with understanding of technical integrations and solutions.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with focus on sales and marketing principles.
