Call Center Customer Service Representative

Job Title: CALL CENTER OFFICER Unit: CALL CENTER AND SCHEDULING Job Category: Full Time Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound, outbound calls, emails, live chat – including surveys, telesales or telemarketing activities, and other ways of communication as required.
  2. Answer the calls within the time specified according to the business need.
  3. Update customers’ information on the system used (new and existing customers) and document all calls information according to standard operating procedures.
  4. Follow up on customers whenever needed (call backs).
  5. Build customer interest in the service and the product if required (upselling).
  6. Respond to customers’ inquiries and complaints accurately and within a certain time frame and give advice to the customers about possible remedies or solutions regarding their problems.
  7. Adhere to DSFH-Riyadh values and rules (which will be explained by the training team).
  8. Achieve the requested KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) monthly.
  9. Adhere to login time without any lateness, unless there is an approved excuse from the shift leader.
  10. To adhere to any assigned tasks from the hospital that may be required in the future.
  11. Demonstrate compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care.”
Job Requirements / Qualifications: Language: Arabic - fluent English Education: Diploma. Experience: 1 year as Call Center representative. Other Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to adapt in a challenging environment.
  • Flexibility with shifts.
