Job details

Job Description As a calibration technician, your job will be performing calibration on-site and off-site. You must have expertise in calibrating equipment in the fields of electrical, pressure, thermal, force, mass, volume, mechanical, and flow. Familiarity with the operation of master equipment and hands-on experience is essential. You must be familiar with the ISO 17025:2017 standard, its requirements, and usage in the work. You should be able to document processes, generate calibration certificates, and perform uncertainty calculations. Additionally, you must be capable of handling customer sites independently and performing assigned tasks. Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are of paramount importance for our overall business and will be one of the key expected deliverables.
  2. Nurture and secure the long-term success of existing customer relationships by performing assigned tasks within the assigned sites.
  3. Work independently and handle different customers.
  4. Willingness to travel to different sites nationally and internationally.
  5. Team player who can perform assigned tasks smoothly.
Qualification/Knowledge/Experience BTech/Diploma in electronics, instrumentation, or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with similar instruments.
  • Strong and effective communication skills, building credible relationships across all levels of the organization and with customers.
  • Working experience in GCC is a plus.
  • Possess the energy, expertise, critical thinking skills, and values to be an integral member of the service team.
  • Ready to travel more than 90% of the time with an assigned scheduled travel plan.
