Credit and Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Our Finance Team are bold and dynamic professionals who balance their love for numbers with striving to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. Purpose of the Role: Adhere to the hotel’s credit policy to protect receivables, maximize cash flow, and maintain accurate financial records with a goal of 90% current + 30-day aging for debtors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Balance guest ledger daily and transfer unsettled balances to the City Ledger.
  • Reconcile payments, manage credit card discrepancies, and address short payments.
  • Respond promptly to guest and travel agent queries.
  • Oversee cash collection, reconciliation, and bank deposits.
  • Process travel agent commissions and shared service account invoices.
  • Write off overdue accounts and reconcile the City Ledger with the General Ledger.
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve invoice errors and disputes.
  • Maintain organized financial reports and documentation.
Required Profile: Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of hotel accounts receivable experience in 4 or 5-star hotels in the UAE.
  • Available for interview in person in Dubai.
Skills:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, EMMA, SAP, SUN, and related systems.
