Spanish Speaker Property Consultant

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a SPANISH SPEAKER Property Consultant at ThriveState Square Real Estate. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties within Dubai's vibrant real estate market and dealing with Spanish clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in identifying opportunities within the Dubai Market that align with their requirements and preferences.
2. Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and developments in Dubai.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
4. Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
5. Negotiate property prices and facilitate the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and targets.

Requirements:

1. Perfect communication skills and presentable appearance are essential for this role.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
3. Previous sales experience in any field.
4. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously.
