We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pest control operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of service quality. Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of pest control technicians. Schedule and assign daily tasks and routes. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching. Ensure all team members adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns. Conduct site inspections and assess pest control needs. Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Operations Management: Ensure timely and efficient completion of all pest control services. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Maintain accurate records of all service activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure service standards are met. Identify and address any service issues or complaints. Implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the safety of all team members and clients by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations.
- Diploma or Certificate in Pest Control Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pest Control Supervisor or in a similar role in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and procedures.
- Experience with various pest control methods (e.g., baiting, trapping, spraying).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- UAE: 2 years (Required)
- Pest Control License (Required)
