We are in search of an IT Executive . As an IT Executive , you are responsible for maintaining the computer network, maintaining the computer system, installing and configuring hardware/software, providing technical support, and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. Requirement: Hospitality Experience Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support for all hardware and software problems reported, documenting problems and solutions as required to maintain a high level of operation.
- Support and respond to users' inquiries to resolve their problems; ensuring high service standards for both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve complaints and achieve desired results.
- Ensure that all end users are well trained in different systems so all applications are utilized efficiently.
- Make sure all backups are done.
- Monitor all access points.
- Monitor servers such as PMS and Antivirus Server.
- Monitor the license of each service running on the server.
- Troubleshoot Windows network and sharing resources.
- Installation and troubleshooting of printers.
- Configuration of Microsoft Outlook.
- Collect CCTV recordings as per management request and facilitate SIRA inspection.
