To learn more about Dispomed, visit our website: IT Specialist at Dispomed As an IT Specialist, ensure the smooth operation of all IT activities within the company by providing user support, managing IT assets, and actively participating in special projects. What to expect in this role IT Technical Support for Users

  • Troubleshoot and provide first-line technical support in person and over the phone.
  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of IT issues.
  • Offer suggestions on how users can make the most of our tools – optimize usage.
  • Prepare IT equipment for the onboarding of new employees.
IT Asset Management
  • Maintain, develop, and optimize all hardware and software resources.
  • Ensure the selection, purchase, and inventory of IT equipment, including mobile-related devices.
  • Continuously analyze the network structure and the state of the IT infrastructure to propose improvements to management.
  • Ensure system security development.
  • Plan and carry out the updating of licenses, software, and IT equipment on a regular basis.
  • Manage user accounts and access (Office/Sage).
  • Analyze and renew annual agreements (Sage/Office/ADOBE).
Other Responsibilities
  • Database analysis and management.
  • Participate in the development of new IT tools.
  • Contribute to strategic projects (renovations, business conversions, and acquisitions).
  • Perform other related tasks and documentation as needed.
  • IP Telephony, Camera Systems, Locks and Chips (Maintenance, updates, troubleshooting).
What you need to succeed : 1. Required Qualifications
  • Completed DEP, DEC, or AEC in IT (essential).
  • University degree in IT (asset).
  • At least 10 years of experience as an IT technician.
  • Experience with API system integration.
  • Experience in network security and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Windows networking.
  • Advanced bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.

Working conditions :
  • Hybrid work mode: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
