QC Executive

Responsibilities

1. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
3. Perform thorough quality checks and tests using appropriate tools and equipment to identify defects or non-conformities.
4. Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with related departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Monitor production processes to identify potential quality problems and recommend preventive measures.
7. Investigate customer complaints or quality incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
8. Provide training and guidance to production personnel and QC inspectors on quality control procedures.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and test results.
10. Participate in internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, customer audits, and quality management reviews.
