Navigating talent landscapes with precision and purpose
- Deeply understand user needs, align with business development strategies and objectives, and design various marketing activities focused on product value with the goal of user growth, creating impactful brand events and communications.
- Possess the ability to plan online content, marketing activities, and offline event marketing; enhance user scale through the planning of A+ themed marketing events, responsible for user acquisition and conversion effectiveness.
- Have rich project experience, capable of independently managing project strategy, creativity, execution, and communication from 0 to 1. Demonstrate excellent cross-team collaboration skills, able to engage with design, product, technology, algorithm teams, and external partners to efficiently drive strategy implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, market planning, integrated marketing activities, channel operations, user growth, content operations, etc., preferred; capable of independently completing brand promotion project planning.
- Strong understanding of users and business insights, with brand sensitivity, awareness of industry marketing trends, and the ability to respond promptly and drive business growth.
- Experience with card organizations/VISA, MasterCard internet promotion preferred; ability to integrate resources from multiple partners and successfully manage marketing cases globally, especially in Southeast Asia and Asian markets, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian and Asian markets, with practical experience preferred; willingness to undertake occasional short-term business trips, with long-term assignments within Asia being a plus.
