This role is for a division of PA which runs the XMPro software platform - XMPro offers the world's only AI-powered Intelligent Business Operations Suite (iBOS) designed specifically for industrial companies. Our platform enables organizations to rapidly build and scale intelligent operational solutions with real-time visibility across their business processes. Technical Consultant (Remote Work) Reporting to: Consulting Manager or Engagement Lead Location: Remote (Manila-based, supporting Australia Eastern Time Zone) The Role: As a Technical Consultant, you’ll work with our Australia consulting team to configure and deliver engineering solutions using XMPro’s low-code platform. This role offers a mix of technical development and software configuration, with a focus on solving complex challenges for customers in asset-intensive industries. In summary: • We build Digital Twin solutions for asset intensive industries that are aimed at preventing unplanned disruptions to their production. • The work is a combination of technical development and software configuration addressing asset management in industrial and mining environments. • Working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies, the Team is involved with advanced business practices and projects. • Working to solve hard problems for top-class international organisations makes for very interesting work. Key Responsibilities: • Working mostly in asset intensive industries, you will need to fully understand the Business Problem that the customer is seeking to address. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with gathering requirements and documenting customer requirements. • Configure and customize applications, as defined by high fidelity mock ups, using XMPro’s low-code platform ensuring efficient and scalable solutions. • Develop integration connectors and agents to integrate to real-time IOT devices/applications to enable real-time monitoring, predictive analytics and automated actions. • Create and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the configured customer applications. • Present solutions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards and requirements are met. What You’ll Need: • Required Skills: • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, Typescript and CSS • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server/ Databases • Extensive experience (2+ years) in .Net (C#) Development • Extensive experience with Rest API’s and integration work • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)• It would be beneficial if you had: • Familiarity with Cloud e.g., AWS, Azure etc. • Familiarity with Containers e.g. AKS and Docker Containers • Knowledge of IoT integration, data analytics and SCADA systems. • Familiarity with Agentic AI • Experience with Vector databases, Graph Databases and LLM’s • Education and Experience: • Requires 2+ years work experience in a similar role Personal Attributes: • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Continuous learning mindset Location & Team Details: • XMPro is a remote operations company, allowing you to work from home.
