Senior/ Operations and Finance Executive (Retail Industry, Office Hours)

Responsibilities Manage journal entries and daily invoicing for the business Responsible for issuing invoices and billing matters Perform ad hoc calls to customers to request payment collection and updates Prepare cash flow management and statements for management reports Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Provide operational support to the operations team, ensuring efficient workflows and processes Coordinate shipments with third-party providers to ensure on-time delivery Handle customer inquiries and liaise with customers to provide excellent customer service Assist with inventory management and stock control procedures Ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent At least 3 - 5 years of accounting and operations experience, preferably from a retail industry background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on the APPLY button below to send in your resume or send to gs1@talenttradersg.com .
