Product Manager - Data Integrations

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team at Supermetrics, and this role could be based in either Helsinki, Dublin or the UK. In this role, you will lead the vision of how the Supermetrics API gets in the hands of our customers and continues to solve problems for their use cases with the highest amount of autonomy and flexibility. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the product strategy for the Supermetrics API, ensuring it aligns with our vision and customer needs.
- Being the voice of the customer, collecting insights from them and internal stakeholders to continuously improve and expand the value of our API.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature release and adoption.
- Tracking key metrics to measure the success and adoption of API products and inform future initiatives.
- Prioritising features and improvements on the roadmap, balancing customer needs and strategic priorities.
- Guiding initiatives through ideation, discovery, delivery and adoption phases.
- Working alongside product development teams to discover, plan and build in an agile-first approach following our software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
- Creating clear and concise product requirements through user stories that follow the rules of INVEST.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on APIs and developer-facing products.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of API technologies and developer workflows.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Passion for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable value.
- Technical experience, either from an engineering background or technically-focused product roles.
- Familiarity with API security principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Customer-first approach with experience of prioritising and integrating customer feedback.
- Fail-fast mentality with a key focus on validation and prototyping to test hypotheses.
- Experience in working with sales and marketing functions to position and promote technical products.
- Experience working in a SaaS-based MarTech business.
- Experience working in a global organisation with remote teams across multiple time zones.
