Sales Engineer - Safety (Personal Protective Equipment) PPE Location: Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate own sales and plan the daily sales activities of the PPE Sales team to ensure maximum productivity from all personnel.
  2. Coach indoor/counter sales personnel to meet market needs, including training, guidance, and motivation.
  3. Ensure an effective sales process is applied consistently by each team member.
  4. Compile and submit daily activities reports to measure activity and ensure authentic KPI reporting.
  5. Assist in the preparation of quotations and tenders for customers.
  6. Facilitate payments by assisting the Sales team and coordinating with FINCO.
  7. Read and evaluate the CRM reports provided by the Sales team and provide feedback to the Manager for follow-on response.
  8. Make reports on the individual performance of each team member.

Skills:

  1. Certificate/equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  2. Sales experience with Personal Protective Equipment.
  3. Knowledge of the Kerridge system is a plus.
  4. Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: 5500 QR House Rent Allowance: 4200 QR Car Allowance: 1250 QR Mobile Allowance: 250 QR Petrol Allowance: 250 QR
