As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering professional customer support and driving customer satisfaction to new heights. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or chat.
2. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
3. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
4. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
5. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
6. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
7. Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
8. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
9. Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Representative, or similar role.
2. Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
3. Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
4. Understanding of how CRM systems work.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Multi-tasking abilities.
7. Patience when handling tough cases.
8. High school diploma; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.

AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
