- Partner with Product Management and Engineering team members to understand customers and markets, develop product strategies and detailed requirements and designs, and ensure successful release to market.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of your design solutions and identify strategies for enhancement and improvement.
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership of your work and responsibility for every detail, every step of the way.
- Contribute to evolving design practices and resources, supporting the digital maturity of our organization.
- 5+ years of professional experience within an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, demonstrated by an exceptional portfolio of work.
- Meticulous attention to detail, including typography, color choice, interaction patterns, and user flows.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a complex enterprise environment with a solution-oriented attitude.
- Effortlessly balance multiple projects and competing priorities while communicating trade-offs.
- Empathy with users and a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to persuade and influence others to support your ideas and initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.
- A deep sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of work you lead and deliver.
- Ability to take initiative and proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and the design process.
- Humility, enthusiasm, and ability to build relationships, foster trust, and develop shared understanding.
