Job details
Lead the development and lifecycle management of blinds products (stor, Roman, Venetian, curtain, zebra, and pleated blinds) for both local and international markets, aligning offerings with customer needs and industry trends.
Manage complex projects, including multi-site facility expansions, and collaborate with international teams (e.g., UK and Czech Republic),
involving business travel to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee product-related projects abroad to expand product reach and optimize performance in international markets.
Analyze internal failures within responsible departments, document root causes, and develop improvement strategies.
Identify and implement improvements to the quality control system, maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
Open and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality- related issues and follow through on action effectiveness.
Understand and document customer requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment in product development and quality standards.
Participate as a team member in company-wide improvement initiatives and process audits, actively tracking audit findings and implementing solutions.
Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting ISO compliance and process optimizations.
Analyze material costs and report on profit margins, supporting cost optimization and identifying areas for improvement.
Lead a team of engineers and quality control operators, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance environment aligned with
organizational quality goals.
Use AutoCAD for production line design and layout optimization, incorporating 5S principles to improve workplace organization and
productivity.
Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, quality metrics, project status, and audit findings, ensuring transparency and
alignment with business objectives. Aranan Özellikler:
Bachelor's degree in engineering departments,
At least 3 years experience in the field of quality engineering,
Good command of written and spoken English,
Proficient in MS Office Applications,
Experienced in quality systems,(ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC),
Presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization,
