We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager . The ideal candidate is an expert in business planning, financial management, audit management , with a proven background in the transportation, logistics, commercial, and hospitality sectors . Should have multi-sector exposure. This role is ideal for a skilled negotiator and a proactive business opportunity hunter, with the ability to drive growth and create meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive company growth and expand market presence.
Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities across target sectors.
Lead financial management and audit processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for long-term success.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in business development, with experience working in a multi-sector organization.
Demonstrated expertise in business planning, financial oversight, and audit management.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a strong track record of closing deals.
Highly proactive, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
