We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative cum Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth by promoting our services and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients and partnerships to promote Be You Clinic’s medical and aesthetic services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the clinic’s offerings, including cosmetic treatments, dermatological procedures, and other healthcare services.
- Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Client Education: Effectively communicate the benefits, features, and suitability of services to prospective clients, addressing questions and concerns.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and updates to management regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic’s marketing, customer service, and medical teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all ethical standards and regulatory requirements in medical sales practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and healthcare services is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
