This role is integral to maintaining efficient inventory management and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Stock Control: Regularly monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Receiving and Dispatching: Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Organization: Arrange stock systematically for easy access and efficient handling.
- Inspections: Conduct routine checks to ensure the quality and safety of stored items.
- Record-Keeping: Update inventory databases with precise and timely information.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a clean and secure storage area.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff and delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or freight.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Reliable, proactive, and a team player.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
