Customer Service Representative

Permanent, Part-time (20 hours per week) About the role We are looking for two Customer Service stars to join our Centre Branch Team in part-time permanent positions. The hours for these positions will be:

1. Position 1: 9:00am - 1:00pm Monday to Friday;
2. Position 2: 12:00pm - 4:00pm Monday to Friday

Who are you? Based in our busy Centre Branch in the heart of the CBD, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment, brings initiative, high attention to detail, and possesses exceptional communication and listening skills. You’ll be relied upon to self-manage and deliver exceptional customer experiences with a genuine desire to help customers. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll need to be confident with a professional demeanour and positive outlook. You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have an unwavering commitment to putting the customer needs first! In this role, you can expect to:

1. Embrace change and act as a change agent.
2. Ensure all security procedures are adhered to.
3. Adhere to all regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

We are looking for candidates who have:

1. A systematic, organized approach to work.
2. At least one year's experience in Hospitality or a Retail Customer Service-related position.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
