Job Description
- Having good experience on Clean Utility, HVAC & Clean room.
- Should be well aware of current pharma, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO & Clean room guidelines.
- To ensure operation and maintenance of HVAC system which includes AHU, Dehumidifier, Hot water system, Heat pumps, BMS/ EMS etc.
- To ensure operation and maintenance of water system equipment like Pretreatment, Purified water generation, water for Injection, pure steam generator, Storage and distribution system, etc.
- Responsible to carry out Preventive Maintenance activity as per Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Implement solutions to improve reliability & performance.
- Responsible to coordinate with other departments & to monitor the effective implementation of QMS.
- Should be able to carry out head load, pressure calculations & balancing of facility.
- Knowledge of TPM principles is preferable.
