Tech Lead

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a development team in building and maintaining a system using C# .NET.
2. Architect and implement scalable solutions for processing and recording large volumes of transactional data.
3. Ensure system performance, optimization, and error-free transaction processing.
4. Diagnose and resolve performance issues in production, including optimizing queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
5. Review code and enforce best practices for quality, security, and scalability.
6. Participate in release planning across multiple development teams.

1. Strong expertise in C# .NET 3.5 and newer.
2. Strong expertise with SQL Server.
3. Experience performing deployments into production environment.
4. Experience performing troubleshooting and problem-solving during production incidents.
5. Experience building CI and CD pipelines for automating deployment into Kubernetes or Windows.
6. At least 8 years of work experience.
