Company Description Tenpower is a leading cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell developer and manufacturer for multiple application markets. This company is located in Banting, Selangor. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating suppliers to complete on-site control of weak current projects.
- Installation and maintenance of various office IT hardware (such as computers, printers, monitoring, attendance machines, etc.), installation and configuration of daily office software.
- Responsible for collecting various helpdesk requirements, assisting or independently providing solutions.
- Complete the inspection and maintenance of IT facilities such as servers, storage, and network equipment according to the company's operation and maintenance process.
- Responsible for assisting and following up the network and IT hardware parts in other projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience as a Network Engineer.
- Relevant experience in network engineering or IT support.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN).
- Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
