We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with a headhunting background or experience in a similar trade, ideally within the FMCG or related industries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong network, deep market insights, and the ability to drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier talent. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, stakeholder management, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, with a focus on executive and niche roles.
    • Utilize headhunting techniques, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify and engage top talent.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruitment plans.
    • Leverage direct sourcing, market research, and networking to proactively build a strong talent pipeline.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Utilize social media, job boards, and recruitment tools to optimize sourcing efficiency.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner closely with senior management, HR business partners, and hiring managers to provide recruitment insights and recommendations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by offering market intelligence and strategic guidance to support business growth.
    • Work with external recruitment agencies and vendors where necessary, negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery expectations.
  3. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:
    • Develop initiatives to strengthen employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
    • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
    • Create engaging content and campaigns for LinkedIn and other platforms to attract potential candidates.
  4. Data-Driven Recruitment & Reporting:
    • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting hiring trends and challenges.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring targets and KPIs.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the recruitment team.
    • Provide training and coaching to enhance the sourcing capabilities of the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in headhunting or executive search within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record in headhunting senior-level candidates and filling challenging roles.
  • Excellent sourcing techniques, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment trends and provide strategic insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
