Responsibilities:

  1. Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliation
  2. Driving month-end and year-end closing
  3. Preparation of end of month accruals and variance analysis
  4. Control of cash flows
  5. Tax compliance - Preparation of VAT, GST, withholding tax, and other indirect tax declarations, including Corporate Income Tax Return and Transfer Pricing
  6. Preparation of documents for audit, including drafting financial statements
  7. Support the implementation of new accounting processes and tools
  8. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  9. Contribute to projects for continuous improvement purposes
  10. Liaise with auditors, bankers, and local government bureaus as required
The Successful Applicant:
  1. Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus (Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, or others)
  2. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  3. More than 3 years of experience within finance (accounting, audit, etc.)
  4. Accuracy, pro-activity, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
  5. Ideally, previous experience in Shared Services and Finance administrative activities
  6. Adaptability to changes and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with a service mindset
