The Regional Head oversees operations across campuses in multiple countries. This role is pivotal in driving strategy, ensuring financial performance, maintaining academic excellence, and aligning country-specific operations with the organization’s global vision. About the Job Leadership & Strategy:

  • Provide direction across all functions in the country.
  • Develop and implement country-specific strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are locally relevant yet aligned with group standards.
  • Advise leadership on country-specific insights and trends.
  • Supervise facilities management, procurement, and operational teams to ensure smooth campus functionality.
  • Lead capital expenditure planning and execution for campuses.
Financial Management:
  • Own the country P&L, driving growth and profitability.
  • Develop measurable performance metrics and track fiscal performance.
  • Establish and manage the country’s annual budget, ensuring resource optimization.
Academic Excellence:
  • Oversee campus operations, ensuring academic rigor and operational efficiency.
  • Guide principals on strategic decisions, including curriculum and program feasibility.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and stakeholder communication.
Marketing & Sales:
  • Develop and execute the country’s marketing strategy, aligning brand messaging with local needs.
  • Oversee offline marketing efforts and ensure effective admissions campaigns.
Project Management:
  • Collaborate with the head office to identify and launch new school sites.
  • Work closely with HR to prepare for future talent and organizational needs.
About the Manager/Team
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 15-20 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in international-level operations.
    • Preferably with a background in managing school operations or similar education-focused organizations.
  • Travel: Frequent travel required to oversee multiple campuses and projects.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic leadership and decision-making.
    • Strong operational and financial management skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Adaptability to diverse cultural and regional requirements.
