Job Description

  • Design and develop social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Set measurable goals and analyze the effectiveness of strategies in achieving these goals.
  • Create, write, and coordinate engaging and innovative content across various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Coordinate with design teams to produce visual materials such as images and videos.
  • Monitor brand conversations and provide recommendations on how to handle negative comments.
  • Understand and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower numbers, and campaign results.
  • Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and activities, analyze trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop a specific marketing plan with a set duration aimed at achieving a particular goal.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of campaigns implemented by the organization on social media platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in social media platforms.
  • Work on increasing the number of followers on social media.
  • Work on reaching out to social media influencers.
  • Apply all writing standards specific to the organization.
  • Adhere to the timeline of the marketing plan.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams to ensure strategies are integrated across different channels.
  • Collaborate with creative and research teams to develop innovative content that aligns with brand strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist.
  • Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience in creating and managing content that engages the audience.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Caneva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve brand objectives.
  • Skill in managing online brand reputation and responding to comments.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to produce original and engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media.
  • Experience in working with influencers and growing social media communities.
  • Knowledge of SEO and its impact on social media performance.
