The Role : The role of System Administrator involves working directly with senior architects and solution architects. The System Administrator is responsible for all aspects of systems administration, establishing a resilient and secure architecture to ensure smooth business operations and contribute to the business’s success. Job Responsibilities :
- Assist superiors in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure systems.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Linux/Windows servers in a cloud environment (AWS, Huawei Cloud).
- Monitor servers to ensure they are running efficiently and performing at optimum levels.
- Ensure that data backup and restore processes are operating properly.
- Manage identity and access within the cloud environment.
- Oversee domain management.
- Work closely with the internal IT team to troubleshoot and deploy IT applications onto servers.
- Evaluate and implement new cloud computing technologies to enhance infrastructure performance.
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience or public cloud certifications.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Windows Server.
- Knowledge of VPN and MySQL.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
