We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer or Data Analyst with expertise in Google Cloud's BigQuery to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing large datasets, as well as leveraging BigQuery’s capabilities to deliver actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, cloud infrastructure, and SQL.
Designing, creating, and managing data solutions for data production, gathering, and processing will be your duties as a data engineer. Using Google BigQuery to migrate and deploy data across systems, your normal day will entail building data pipelines, guaranteeing data quality, and putting ETL procedures into place.
Technical and Professional Skills:
Proficiency in Google BigQuery is a prerequisite.
No other skills are required.
Other useful abilities include SQLUnit, Tableau, and PowerBI.
Proficiency in utilizing ETL tools to design and develop data solutions.
A solid grasp of the principles of data integration, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Knowledge of both NoSQL and SQL databases.
A working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such Google Cloud Platform
Addtional Information:
The applicant must have worked with Google BigQuery for at least two years.
The ideal applicant will have a solid academic background in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline and a track record of producing significant data-driven solutions.
