Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Measure and value construction work on-site and prepare interim and final payment applications.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on variances.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Evaluate contractor claims and variations to ensure alignment with contract terms.
