• Track and manage incoming payments, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records in the Epic system to support seamless bookkeeping operations.

Binder & Documentation Tracking

• Verify and collect required binders and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Data Entry & System Updates

• Accurately input financial transactions and client records into Epic, enabling smooth accounting follow-ups and reporting.

Accounts Receivable Coordination

• Collaborate with the bookkeeping and accounting teams to ensure timely collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Process Consistency

• Maintain a steady, structured workflow with a high level of accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and consistently.

Ideal Profile What You Bring Experience & Expertise

• A solid background in bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts receivable is essential.
• Prior experience with Epic is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools for accurate record-keeping.

Communication Excellence

• Strong written and verbal English skills for professional client correspondence and documentation.
