- Track and manage incoming payments, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records in the Epic system to support seamless bookkeeping operations.
- Verify and collect required binders and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Accurately input financial transactions and client records into Epic, enabling smooth accounting follow-ups and reporting.
- Collaborate with the bookkeeping and accounting teams to ensure timely collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain a steady, structured workflow with a high level of accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and consistently.
- A solid background in bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts receivable is essential.
- Prior experience with Epic is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
- Proficiency in data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with financial systems and tools for accurate record-keeping.
- Strong written and verbal English skills for professional client correspondence and documentation.
- Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks while maintaining precision and efficiency.
- Diligent follow-up to ensure all documentation is properly recorded, filed, and compliant with policies.
