Responsibilities Our project lead coordinator is responsible for monitoring project websites, reviewing project documents, and communicating project information to our clients. They are advisors to our customers in the commercial construction industry ensuring that our customers receive timely information regarding actively bidding projects in the market. As an advisor, this role requires professional communication with customers and teammates. Responsibilities include:

1. Monitor project invitation to bids for newly announced projects.
2. Access project sites and download pertinent project information, including project specifications and drawings.
3. Create a project information package with relevant information and email the package to our clients.
4. Monitor addenda updates and advise customers of changes impacting their bid.
5. Manage multiple priorities and deliver projects timely.
6. Build strong, effective relationships with our customers and team.
7. Assist with creating project files to assist in preparation of takeoffs as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word).

Desired Qualifications:

1. Commercial construction estimating experience.
2. Experience with estimating software.
3. Experience with flooring takeoffs.
4. Experience with ceramic tile takeoffs.
5. Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or Associate Estimating Professional (AEP).
6. Knowledge of drawing & technical specifications as well as contractual terms & conditions.

Must be willing to work Mon-Fri (12pm-9pm Manila Time). Must be comfortable working homebased. Must have reliable internet connection at home. #J-18808-Ljbffr
