JOB DESCRIPTION: Sell-out Management
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sell-out performance and achieve sales targets for retail.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sell-out campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to drive consumer demand.
- Monitor sell-out trends, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement in alliance with the sales and marketing team for recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously improve the sell-out process by implementing best practices, streamlining operations, and leveraging technology solutions.
- Assist in managing and motivating sales staff, setting performance goals, and providing feedback and coaching to drive results.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess sell-out performance, provide training and support to retail staff, and gather market insights.
- Work closely with store managers to ensure that sales staff are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analyze the budget head count and impact to P&L.
- Support new product launches by developing and delivering specialized training programs tailored to the unique features and benefits of new products.
- Deliver engaging and interactive product training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to employees, sales teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate the development of comprehensive product training programs and materials, including presentations, training guides, e-learning modules, and assessments, to support various learning styles and training needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering feedback, conducting assessments, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve training programs.
- Responsible for planning, collaboratively designing, and managing stores in terms of expansion, renovation, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create planograms that optimize product placement and branding to create visually appealing displays and layouts that promote product sales and visibility, and enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate various stakeholders and ensure timelines are met regarding store openings.
- Work with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to source materials and services needed for construction and store setup.
- Ongoing responsibility for the maintenance and periodic renovation/ repairs/ refurbishment/ replacement to keep counters and non-merchandise items fresh, functional, and aligned with the brand's image.
- Responsible for prompt and timely delivery of modules and stocks to the store by constant coordination and communication with internal departments such as shipping, sales call, and warehouse.
- Develop and manage budgets for store development projects, including construction costs, equipment, and furnishings, monitoring expenses to stay within budget.
- Oversee implementation of marketing initiatives at the store level and coordinate the deployment of in-store visual merchandising strategies and brand fixtures.
- Provide regular reports and performance analysis to management regarding store development projects, including financial performance and return on investment.
