JOB DESCRIPTION: Sell-out Management

  1. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive sell-out performance and achieve sales targets for retail.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sell-out campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to drive consumer demand.
  3. Monitor sell-out trends, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement in alliance with the sales and marketing team for recommendations to senior management.
  4. Continuously improve the sell-out process by implementing best practices, streamlining operations, and leveraging technology solutions.
Frontliner Management
  1. Assist in managing and motivating sales staff, setting performance goals, and providing feedback and coaching to drive results.
  2. Conduct regular store visits to assess sell-out performance, provide training and support to retail staff, and gather market insights.
  3. Work closely with store managers to ensure that sales staff are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Analyze the budget head count and impact to P&L.
  5. Support new product launches by developing and delivering specialized training programs tailored to the unique features and benefits of new products.
  6. Deliver engaging and interactive product training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to employees, sales teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
  7. Facilitate the development of comprehensive product training programs and materials, including presentations, training guides, e-learning modules, and assessments, to support various learning styles and training needs.
  8. Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering feedback, conducting assessments, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve training programs.
Store Management
  1. Responsible for planning, collaboratively designing, and managing stores in terms of expansion, renovation, and closure.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create planograms that optimize product placement and branding to create visually appealing displays and layouts that promote product sales and visibility, and enhance customer experience.
  3. Coordinate various stakeholders and ensure timelines are met regarding store openings.
  4. Work with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to source materials and services needed for construction and store setup.
  5. Ongoing responsibility for the maintenance and periodic renovation/ repairs/ refurbishment/ replacement to keep counters and non-merchandise items fresh, functional, and aligned with the brand's image.
  6. Responsible for prompt and timely delivery of modules and stocks to the store by constant coordination and communication with internal departments such as shipping, sales call, and warehouse.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for store development projects, including construction costs, equipment, and furnishings, monitoring expenses to stay within budget.
  8. Oversee implementation of marketing initiatives at the store level and coordinate the deployment of in-store visual merchandising strategies and brand fixtures.
  9. Provide regular reports and performance analysis to management regarding store development projects, including financial performance and return on investment.
The Retail Operations Supervisor is expected to be nimble and adaptable in their role. The Retail Operations Supervisor should be prepared to take on any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned or as the needs of the department grow.
