Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager in Brand Strategy & Creative to lead innovative strategies, creative direction, and marketing campaigns for high-profile clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and creative vision, with a focus on delivering impactful brand experiences and driving growth. You will oversee all aspects of branding, marketing, and content strategy, ensuring cohesive and engaging campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging market insights and trends.
- Lead and inspire creative teams to develop original, high-impact campaigns and concepts that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Oversee content strategies, ATL/BTL campaigns, social media, PR, and digital marketing to drive engagement and brand growth.
- Drive the development of new business pitches for digital and social media mandates, crafting compelling, strategic proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and secure new client partnerships.
- Craft and implement comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement, reflect cultural trends, and resonate with the target audience.
- Stay on top of evolving cultural trends, media consumption habits, and emerging platforms, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic direction.
- Regularly assess content performance through audits, analysis, and client feedback to refine and improve strategies.
- Mentor and develop a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver top-tier results.
- 7-9 years in brand strategy, creative leadership, or content marketing, ideally in an agency or content-driven environment.
- Proven track record of developing successful campaigns and leading creative teams.
- Expertise in campaign development, content strategy, distribution, and measurement across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
