Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Okta , Azure , AWS , Intune , GCP , Google Workspace , and Slack Workspace , coupled with hands-on experience in MSP tools like Datto RMM or Ninja RMM . The role also involves leveraging scripting capabilities in PowerShell and Bash to deliver efficient system support while maintaining a strong focus on cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: Identity and Access Management:

  • Administer and maintain Okta for SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and AWS IAM roles, policies, and user access.
Cloud and Infrastructure Administration:
  • Manage and support environments on AWS , Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , and Microsoft Azure .
  • Optimize configurations in Google Workspace , focusing on access, collaboration, and security.
Endpoint and Device Management:
  • Oversee device compliance, software deployment, and security policies using Microsoft Intune and RMM tools like Datto RMM or Ninja RMM .
MSP Operations and Tools:
  • Implement and manage MSP tools like Datto RMM , Ninja RMM , or equivalent for monitoring, management, and reporting.
  • Support ticketing and client management platforms to streamline MSP operations.
Cybersecurity Support:
  • Deploy and manage cybersecurity tools for endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks using SIEM solutions and threat detection tools.
Collaboration and Automation:
  • Administer Slack Workspace , integrating with third-party apps and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash for routine tasks and improved efficiency.
System Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for servers, applications, and networks.
  • Resolve system performance, connectivity, and user issues promptly.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and security configurations.
  • Generate reports to monitor system performance, compliance, and SLA adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise:
  • Proficient in Okta , Azure AD , AWS IAM , Intune , GCP , Google Workspace , and Slack Workspace .
  • Hands-on experience with MSP tools like Datto RMM , Ninja RMM , or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity tools (e.g., endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, SIEM).
  • Scripting expertise in PowerShell and Bash .
  • Strong understanding of system and network administration, including troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years in IT support, system administration, or MSP roles.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and tools is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in an MSP, cybersecurity, or DevOps environment preferred.
