Discover more at   Role & Responsibilities: As a  Cloud Sales Account Manager , you will be responsible for driving new business, expanding relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the adoption of HaptikCloud's AI-powered cloud solutions. Your main objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. 1.New Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect new clients in the cloud and AI solutions space, focusing on large enterprises, SMBs, and other potential verticals.
  • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Present, pitch, and demo HaptikCloud’s offerings to potential clients, showcasing how our platform can meet their business needs.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue goals and expand the customer base.
  • Understand customer requirements, pain points, and business goals to effectively position HaptikCloud solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, and driving deals to closure.
3. Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing value-driven solutions to clients and helping them leverage HaptikCloud’s platform to its fullest potential.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and continued satisfaction.
4.Product Knowledge & Thought Leadership:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of HaptikCloud’s offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide clients with insightful recommendations on cloud technologies into their customer engagement strategy.
5.Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, progress against targets, and key account developments.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
6.Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales training and workshops to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications: Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within cloud technology, AI, SaaS, or similar fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and enterprise clients is highly preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, AI, and SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex customer needs and map them to HaptikCloud’s solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build trust with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or sales methodologies (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.) are a plus.
