What You’ll be Doing Looking for an opportunity to develop and execute strategies to support high-volume recruiting? Do you have a passion to lead and motivate others? In this role, you’ll develop and implement initiatives in support of key business goals and strategies. You’ll proactively identify marketing and recruitment initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom line results. Quick to adapt to new plans and shift directions to meet agile goals? You’ll deliver talent acquisition solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business and manage multiple, complex, ongoing projects. As a trusted advisor, you’ll develop relationships with key leaders at multiple levels within the company. You’ll report to the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition. You’ll contribute to the success of the business by leading the team bringing amazing talent to work and grow their careers with TTEC. During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Be accountable for regional recruitment and consistently achieve recruiting goals through motivating and supporting your recruitment team.
- Recruit and retain a talent acquisition team and encourage them to consistently reach for amazing.
- Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment initiatives.
- Understand all key business initiatives and goals for each supported business unit.
- Act as the ultimate point of contact for all escalated (difficult) recruitment issues.
- Participate as a member of task forces in corporate-wide human capital and other people initiatives requiring a human capital perspective.
- Effectively partner with and leverage corporate support teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 10 years minimum experience managing a large team in an abundant recruiting environment.
- Strong knowledge of multiple talent and human capital disciplines.
- Working knowledge of HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques and metrics driven mindset.
- Knowledge of contact center business.
- Proven ability to build relationships of trust with executive-level leaders and influence leaders and team members of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes.
- High level of integrity and judgment.
