The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving subscription sales for our SaaS CMS platform. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Strategy :
- Analyze industry trends and identify key opportunities in education, real estate, and listing platforms.
- Develop targeted strategies to penetrate these markets and position our SaaS CMS as a leading solution.
- Proactively generate leads through networking, events, and digital channels.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Convert leads into long-term customers through effective relationship management and solution-based selling.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders in education institutions, real estate agencies, and other listing platforms.
- Collaborate with partners to customize solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Monitor subscription performance and suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the leadership team.
- Gather client feedback to help refine and evolve our SaaS CMS offerings.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS, CMS, or tech solutions.
- Familiarity with the education, real estate, or listing platform industries is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, particularly subscription-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Comfortable with using digital platforms for lead generation and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
