Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 1-4 years (SaaS Sales/B2B Sales) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the education, real estate, and listing-based platform sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving subscription sales for our SaaS CMS platform. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Strategy :

  1. Analyze industry trends and identify key opportunities in education, real estate, and listing platforms.
  2. Develop targeted strategies to penetrate these markets and position our SaaS CMS as a leading solution.
Lead Generation & Sales:
  1. Proactively generate leads through networking, events, and digital channels.
  2. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  3. Convert leads into long-term customers through effective relationship management and solution-based selling.
Partnership Development:
  1. Build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders in education institutions, real estate agencies, and other listing platforms.
  2. Collaborate with partners to customize solutions that align with their business objectives.
Account Management:
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  2. Monitor subscription performance and suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
Reporting & Feedback:
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to the leadership team.
  • Gather client feedback to help refine and evolve our SaaS CMS offerings.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience:
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS, CMS, or tech solutions.
  • Familiarity with the education, real estate, or listing platform industries is a significant advantage.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, particularly subscription-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
Tools & Technology:
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Comfortable with using digital platforms for lead generation and presentations.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
