EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with:
- Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
- Knowledge of e-learning industry trends and products.
- Existing relationships with L&D and HR professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing structured sales processes
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)
- International sales experience (US/Europe markets preferred)
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the e-learning industry
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Experience in giving LMS and content demonstrations
- Ability to conduct in-person client meetings daily (minimum of two meetings per day)
- Should bring an existing network of L&D and HR professionals
- Ability to create and manage an effective sales funnel
