Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in SQL development with a focus on MS SQL Server and MySQL. Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Strong understanding of relational database design and normalization principles. Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization. Hands-on experience with database migration, data cleansing, and transformation processes. Familiarity with tools such as SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) and MySQL Workbench. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing database code. Preferred Skills: Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Pentaho, or Talend). Understanding of NoSQL databases is a plus (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python or PowerShell) for automation. Exposure to cloud database services such as AWS RDS or Azure SQL. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
