Job Description 1 Role - Manager - Technical 2 Required Technical Skill Set Technical Background preferably Electrical Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer. Excellent Knowledge in technical operations and maintenance. Awareness on sustainability projects and energy saving measures. Knowledge in health and safety aspects. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), Knowledge in operations management, project planning & management, Well versed with computer applications (advance knowledge will always be preferred) and MIS, Knowledge on FMS (Facility Management Services), Maintenance activities planning/ follow up till closure, Safety, firefighting and fire control system, knowledge on physical security and its integration with IT security, personnel management, knowledge on admin technical infrastructure (HVAC/ DGs/ PHE/ Electrical / Kitchen Equipment/ STP/ Bio Digester etc.) , power generation and distribution, which includes knowledge on Building Management System. 3 Desired Experience Range - 2 to 84Location of Requirement - Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India 6.Educational Qualification with % marks compliance- 60% Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Technical Engineer General Administration Data Management and analysis Auditing and auditee skill Vendor Management skills Interpersonal Communication Knowledge Applicability Project Experience. Technical AMC & Operation management Good-to-Have Professional Recognition Vendor Coordination Knowledge in Sustainability Projects SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1Experience on handling larger Facility, including technical operations and maintenance. 2Vendor management, AMC / Service Contracts 3Dealing with statutory bodies, awareness in Statutory Law and legal submissions, mainly with regard to AMC/ service contract execution 4Finance, budget management, communication 5Price Negotiation, Procurement, SEZ/ GST related regulations/ process 6Energy savings and sustainability initiatives, implementation and tracking 7Data Management and analysis pertaining to technical services 8Preparation of BOQ/ specification for campus improvement work. 9Preparation and facing various audits not limited to ISO 50001, ESHS audits
