Job Title: Contract Reviewer Location: Thane, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ Years Workdays: 5 days (Monday - Friday) Shift Timing: 7:00 pm to 4:30 AM IST Compensation : Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility ( Pick up will be Centralized and Drop will be Doorstep ) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Reviewer to analyze, evaluate, and interpret various types of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in contract management or legal review. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents for accuracy, compliance, and potential risks.
- Identify and highlight clauses that may pose legal or business risks.
- Ensure contracts align with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and other relevant departments to negotiate terms and amendments.
- Draft, revise, and suggest modifications to contracts as needed.
- Maintain a database of reviewed contracts and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates.
- Provide insights and recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance contract efficiency.
- Stay updated on contract laws, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Any Bachelor’s degree is preferred ( EXCEPT legal background (LLB/LLM).
- Proven experience in contract review, contract management, or legal analysis .
- Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and regulatory compliance .
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills .
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks or inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, contract management software, and legal research tools .
- Experience in corporate, IT, financial, or procurement contracts .
- Familiarity with data privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and compliance regulations .
- Ability to handle multiple contracts and meet tight deadlines.
