The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Appian RPA , ensuring seamless integration with business processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in robotic process automation, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for optimizing workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Appian RPA solutions to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
- Develop and maintain RPA bots, scripts, and workflows in Appian RPA .
- Optimize and enhance existing automation solutions for scalability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Implement best practices for bot security, logging, error handling, and governance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Appian developers, business analysts, and IT teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Appian RPA and automation technologies.
- 4+ years of experience in RPA development , with at least 2 years in Appian RPA .
- Hands-on experience with Appian RPA, Java, Selenium, and REST APIs .
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process modeling, and integration .
- Experience with Appian BPM and low-code automation platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of database queries (SQL), scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and cloud services is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Appian RPA Developer Certification
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for RPA deployments
- Understanding of security best practices for RPA implementations
