Taqtics is used by 50+ brands like Nike, FabIndia, Nykaa, Under Armour, KFC, Pizza Hut and Pizza Express across 19+ countries globally. Job Summary: We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As an ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record of reaching out to CXOs overseas via phone calls and emails, to schedule demos for our operations management platform.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research using databases like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, etc. to support outreach efforts.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce and promote our operations management platform to CXOs and business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and potential for our services.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for further discussions with decision-makers.
  • Track and report on call outcomes, client interactions, and pipeline status on CRM (Hubspot).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and approaches.
  Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have 2-3 Years of experience in lead generation via cold calling, particularly targeting high-level executives overseas (outside of India).
  • Must have Fluency in spoken English to effectively communicate with international clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and lead tracking tools.
  • Experience in selling SaaS or Software services is a plus.
