Key Responsibilities
- Be customer focused by providing top-quality, fast, efficient, and friendly service at all times.
- Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide excellent service and advice.
- Keen interest in and understanding of our product range and services.
- Branch Operations.
- Ensure that the shop, yard, and work environment are clean and well maintained at all times.
- Be able to work in the shop and store yard as and when needed.
- A friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and ambition to deliver beyond customers’ expectations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to work on one's own initiative.
- Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment.
- Agricultural or farming background is desirable.
- A forklift licence is desirable.
