Job details

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in using reservation systems and computer applications.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle all reservations (reply on WhatsApp and phone calls) including processing requests, managing booking systems, and ensuring accuracy of reservation details. Accommodate special requests and modifications as needed.
  • Proactively handle customer queries, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their dining experience through telephone and email.
Requirements:
  • Lady age between 21-30 years old.
  • Nationally from European, CIS countries, and Morocco, Tunisia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); preferable second languages Russian or Arabic.
  • Previous experience as a reservations agent.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
About the Job:
  • Onsite Full Time (6 days a week with 1 day off).
  • 8 hours per day with 1 hour break.
  • Timings shifts (10am - 1am).
  • Salary: basic/accommodation/transportation allowance total 4k AED; food allowance 650 AED; service charge/tips.
  • Medical Insurance / Visa / Flight allowance.
  • Uniform provided by the Company.
