Join TRVL Code as a Sales & Customer Success Manager in Manama, Bahrain! Role Overview: At TRVL Code, we are on a mission to revolutionize travel technology with our cutting-edge solutions. We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Success Manager who will drive customer acquisition, maintain robust client relationships, and ensure seamless support and success for our hotelier partners across the GCC countries. Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
- Act as the primary contact for our clients, guiding them from onboarding to ongoing success, ensuring they leverage our platform effectively.
- ️ Travel extensively within the GCC region to meet with hotel managers and present TRVL Code solutions, with about 80% of the work involving face-to-face meetings.
- Proactively work with the current customer base to boost direct online sales and oversee the implementation of revenue strategies.
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold meetings, attending events, and collaborating with the marketing team.
- Organize and conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client needs and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client issues swiftly and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
- Engage in local marketing activities, including webinars, exhibitions, and business breakfasts to enhance visibility and network growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success, ideally within the travel or hospitality or technology sector.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM and task management systems.
- ️ Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
